2.Spend time with people who make you feel good
An exchange of kind words or a friendly look from another human being can help you calm and soothe your nervous system,try talking to someone about how you feel can be helpful.
If you don’t have any one that can make you feel good, then it is time to feel yourself,love yourself to the point that your energy rejects anyone that doesn’t know your worth.
3.Do what you love/like
If listening to music you love, or watching motivational videos or go shopping can make you feel calm then do that.
4.Eat healthy diet
Eating a diet full of processed food, refined carbohydrates, sugary snacks can worsen symptoms of stress while eating a diet rich in fresh fruit and vegetables, high-quality protein, and omega-3 fatty acids, can help you better cope with ups and downs of life.
5.Take control and find solution of what is stressing you
One problem-solving technique involves writing down the problem and coming up with as many possible solutions as you can.So instead of wasting your time thinking about why this and that happened,try to think or find advice from social media from the people who had experienced the same problem as you are, or online forums searching for the solutions of the problems that cause your stress.
