2 cups pineapple, chopped
16 oz (1/2 kg)fresh strawberries
8 oz (1/4)fresh raspberry
½ cup honey
¼ cup yogurt
- Place the pineapple, strawberries, and raspberries in a food processor (blender). Blend until smooth.
2. Add the honey and yogurt. Blend once more to combine.
3. Pour the blended fruit into Popsicle molds, add the Popsicle sticks and freeze overnight.
4. When removing the Popsicles from the molds give them a few minutes to thaw around the edges so they come out easier.
