Chai mix is healthy how?

By consuming grams of cinnamon a day, you can help lower your bad cholesterol.As every chai tea mix is made with ginger, it naturally helps to ease symptoms of nausea. Additionally, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and even black pepper have antibacterial properties. What this means for you is that drinking chai may support healthy immunity and give your body a boost when fighting seasonal winter colds or the flu.

If you need super taste milk tea, just use fresh whole spices, crush or grind them then use them,as per below instructions.

Ingredients

1 ½ cup water

1/2 fresh ginger, thinly sliced or grated

1 cinnamon stick

5 cardamom pods

4 cloves 

2 tea bags or 2 tablespoon tea

black pepper(optional)

1/2 cow milk

Sugar

Instructions

1.Grind or crush whole spices including ginger, cinnamon,cloves, cardamon.

2.Pour water into pan boil it with grinded spices let them boil 5 minutes.

3.Add tea bags let it boil 1minute
4.Pour whole milk into the mixture of tea then keep on stirring until milk boils,add some sugar or you can add while serving.
